Barix Clinic on East Side of Columbus

I've been approved for Gastric Bypass and am scheduled for December 18th. I have been on the boards for about a month or so now, but haven't noticed anyone that has had surgery with Dr. Viglianco from Barix in Groveport. If anyone has had surgery either at Barix or with Dr. Viglianco could you let me know how it went. I'm starting to get the pre op nerves. Thanks, Bridget

my surgeon is no longer there ( left for family reasons) but i loved it there! ask specific questions if you have some and i will answer.... dr vig discharged me and is a nice guy-i don't really know much about him but have heard very good things! have you gone to the pages where they list surgeons and commenst about them? best of luck to you!!!!

Oh, my God,, I had my surgery there with Dr Vig, and let me tell you,, I love him,, he is the best,,, he has a great bedside manner, and he listens to all your questions, and will take all the time that you need to spend with him,, I just had my surgery there on September the 25th of this year.. And I have been back for my 2 weeks and my 6 weeks appt.. I have no problems, and if you do the things that they tell you to do, you should do great.. The staff at the Barix Clinic are also great. Bridget, I had my surgery there in April. they are so kind and you always get a hug. Both Dr Vig and Dr Bates are super and want to help you succeed. Unfortunatly sometimes on follow ups you may have a wait... they are short staffed and you do sit in the rooms waiting on docs etc for awhile... but the care and comassion is awesome. I would choose them again Pam
