Hi all, I live near the Michigan state line near Toledo Ohio and wanted to say hi. I am almost a year out and have lost 105lbs so far. I have just increased my protein intake the past 2 days as I was only getting in about 40 to 50grams tops...I need @least 80...yikes,,no wonder I was not losing....JUST WANTED TO SHOUT OUT AND SAY HI......*grin*

hi melanie! we actually may be somehow related by my mom's marriage to a man named ware....he was from the coldwater area! i live a bit east of toledo.... congrats on your losses! yes; upping your protein will help--and make sure you are getting your water still!!!!
