Help I am eating sugar again!!!
I had ruen y 8 months ago and i have lost 142lbs but i have not lost anything in 2 months. I have been eating junk food again, because it is easier than eating real food sometimes. I get sick still from eating real food so i just eat junk food instead. i feel like i have lost my will against the food war and i am falling back into my old habits. any ideas how to get back on track. plus i have not been exercising. i suck right now!!!!
ummmm.ok...i do not want you to think that i am flaming you...but you asked for it....yes..you suck....and only you can stop you from doing it!

put the junk food down and get yur butt moving.......go back to basics- water protein walking ....just DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amie, Margo is right! Just get back to the basics. protein, water, walking. You "own" that RNY and are responsible for it. If a lot of "real" foods are giving you a problem, see your Dr., maybe there's a problem. If you need help, get involved w/local support group, or online. It's true, the surgery is just a tool, 142# loss is great, but do you really want to go back where you were? No thanks, I've been SMO, and it sucks. You need to stomp the "old" habits with both feet! Start back with the basics including recording everything you eat. If you need to go back to protein shakes. They are quick and easy. Make sure you are getting you protein and water in. Don't drink with meals. (This is hard for me). One day one step at a time. I'm on the computer alot during the day and if you want someone to email during the day, you can email me and I will respond. The postive things is you have recognized the problem early and are working on fixing it. Your tool still works. You can do this. I'm here for you so please email me.
