Waiting is the hardest part

It's been 12 days since my paperwork has been sent to the insurance company, United Healthcare. Of course when I call UHC they say they can't find my info. But I think user dis-service just doesn't have a clue. Unless it shows up on the computer screen, it doesn't exist. Frustrating.

Hi Lloyd, My Dr sent in my papers a week ago Friday. They told me to call the following Friday to following up with my insurance co. Being the PITA I am I called Monday. Only to find out they had no record of the fax. I had to call my Dr office and they refaxed everything Tuesday and I had them call the insurance after they faxed it to confirm that it was received. It was a rough few days..... But I know that insurance does have my info now and they are actively working on it now. Infact they promised to call me when a descion is made. So we will see... Best of luck and keep us posted......
