Hi, heres my ideas for uses of tuna... 1 can of water packed tuna, drained few spoons of Miracle Whip diced fine celery/ or celery salt 1/2 apple, diced fine few raisens ( opt ) few walnuts/ pecans ( chopped ) pinch of salt and pepper 1 boiled egg dash of garlic powder dash of onion powder dab of mustard... Sometimes I put few squirts of ranch dressing in mine also * can be served on triscuit crackers, wheat thins, or a lettuce leaf* *********************************************************** 2 cans of tuna ( not drained ) 1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1/4 cup diced water chestnuts 1 can of mushrooms ( not drained ) 3/4 cup low fat cheese ( I use colby / motz blend ) one small peeled, cubed, yellow squash 1/2 cup low fat sour cream 1/4 cup diced celery salt, pepper onions or onion powder Mix all together and place in sprayed baking dish...Take approx 10 triscuit crackers, and crush with rolling pin...Add some No fat I cant believe its not butter ( melted ) just to moisten...add 3/4 cup cheese...Mix and place on top of casserole...Bake 350 for approx 45 minutes...Can add peas to the casserole ( opt ) ****************************************************** 2 cans drained tuna chopped onions or onion powder 1 egg chopped celery/ or celery salt dab of mustard salt, pepper 1/2 cup shredded low fat motz cheese quick cooking oatmeal ...approx 1/2 cup Mix and form into patties...Spray non stick skillet...brown patties....I like to top mine with cream of mushroom soup, sprinkled with low fat motz cheese...Allow to heat, and melt the cheese... *********************************************************** Hope these help you...Tammy
