kathy- don't sweat it-easy to say--your body could be readjusting to the program- we all hit spots where we stall while we (our bods) figure out what is going on! maybe change your exercise routine a little?
did you take measurements pre wls? often your inches may change even if the scale doesn't!
make sure you are getting your fluids and taht you ahve not increased your portions of food -that is easy to do-i was gradually spooning out more and more-be careful!
don't sweat it-it will work!!!!!!
