Dreamin of a Tummy Tuck

Does anyone have Caresourse Insurance and got a Tummy Tuck ( panniculectomy) approved. I have had rashes, yeast infections and 6 urinary tract infections post op. None of these things were a problem until the loose skin started hanging down. If I were to have a panniculectomy how much time would I need to have off of work to heal properly. I am just a poor working girl with no sick time or disability. I am so tired of these infections and being stuck in 11/12 jeans when I know I could be in the size 10's without my Pouchy Pooch. When I started this journey I swore I would never even worry about having any plastics done. I said I would just be satisfied to lose the weight. But having lost 172 pounds now I am beginning to think about my rolly polly belly. My legs, face and arms look really good and will need no surgery. But after 5 c sections and one major Hysterectomy, my belly is full of jelly. I do crunches and have worn a tight compression garment since day one. I dont know what else to do to get the tummy tighter. Any Thoughts anyone. Lots of Love and hugs Miss Laura
