Unsure of what Dr. t...

Unsure of what Dr. to see, with my redo situation. Apx. 20 years ago I had stomach stapling that was successful for apx. 10 years, until I had a very problem preg with lots of throwing up. Stomach line had breakdown, and I have regained all my weight plus some. Does anyone have any information on a physician in the Columbus Ohio area that will do a redo? Please help Debbie

Just wanted to say hello and good luck. I had revision to RNY in March so I understand what you are going through. Sorry I do not know of any doctor's in the Columbus area. If you are willing to travel up 71 my doctor is wonderful. Take care and good luck. MJ

I don't know that they do "re-do"s but I went to the Ohio State Medical Center with Dr. Mikami (who works with Dr. Needleman and a couple other sI think...they are general surgeons, but do a lot of bariatric work). Try this link for phone numbers

Dr. Curry definitely has a lot of love and admiration out here. Also, in the Dayton/Kettering area are two surgeons who used to work together. Dr. John Maguire and Dr. Rita Anderson both do revisions. They do both RNY and DS
