update

I havent been on in a while and dont know if anyone will remember me but i'm here.. just wanted to let everyone know that i'm 10 months out and am now down from 358 to 228 only meds i'm on is my synthroid.not really exerciseing as much as i should but i'm not gaining either and still losing about a pound a month not much but still some.according to the bmi chart i'm obese instead of super obese now. Rich, thats great keep up the wonderful work and the rewards will happen all by themselves. I feel it doesn't matter how much you weigh as long as your getting healthy. Good luck and welcome back. Pam 314/130

Rich, Are you going to the post-op meeting tonight? If so I will see you there! You are doing an awesome job! Don't forget to get the max out of the surgery.....you weight loss will come to a standstill....... I am 15 months out now and down 200 pounds! I am still losing a little...but not much...and they are after me to stop losing weight! Who would have every guessed that someone would ever tell me that! Hope to see you tonight! Sue
