Looking for Support Group NE OH ASAP

Due to a gajillion crazy things that happened yesterday, when I made it to the Support meeting (10 minutes late) The doors were all locked and the lights all out. I knocked but wasnt heard so I figured it was canceled due to the holiday. I was wrong. Apparently there is a back entrance into the place. (It is located in the Easwood Mall) My surgery is scheduled for the 12th and I am supposed to go to one of these pre-op. The next one thru my clinic isn't until the 15th. Anyone know of one in NE OHIO before the 12th??

Hi Kimberly, I too have been looking for a support group in NE Ohio. I didn't know there was one in the Eastwood Mall..... can you tell me anymore about it? The one I am planning on going to is in Canton, that would be a little hike for you (I'm in Salem). Where are you going to have your surgery? Barbara, I live in Poland and am having my surgery done by Dr. Woodruff thru St Joes and St Es surgical weightloss center. The surgery is in Warren But I will list all the local support groups they have. First Tuesday of Every Month 6:00pm @ St Joes in the Eastwood Mall (Go thru sears and make a left in the hall) Third Monday of every month 6:00 pm @ Holiday Inn Metroplex in Liberty Third Friday of every month @ 10:00am @ St E and St Js WL Center 452 Broadway, youngstown. I actually talked them out of postponing my surgery since I have jumped thru every other hoop. My insurance took 3 days to approve me, easy as pie. The WL Center was another story. GGeeeezzz! Can't really complain tho, all total Out Of pocket so far has been under $250 including the psych exam.
