Hello everyone
Hello everyone.
It has been a long long time since i stopped by here. I kind of gave up on getting the surgery done when Qual Choice said they would only pay $10,000 for wieght loss. My employeer University Hospitals of Cleveland will be switching to who knows what as of the first of the year when Qual Choice goes out of busness. So my primary care md has been just documenting things for me to use on the next insurance. My weight,blood pressure, back pain (minor surgery for pain management issues on Sept 9th) due to a L5 L4 disk issue. I need to get a sleep apnea test. Anyway,enough rambling for now. Just wanted to say hi. Hope everyone is doing ok and had a good summer.

Good luck to you!..I know the waiting is the hardest part, especially when you know how much the surgery would help all the stuff you are suffering from in the meantime. After 5 denials I got approved and I wonder how much damage my foot and ankle suffered during that year of waiting. At least you have everything documented and are getting all the tests done now..Then if you get the right insurance it may be a superfast approval and surgery date... I wish you the best in this journey, neighbor! (I am in Painesville and am having my surgery done at University Hospital next week)..
Hi John!
Best wishes on your journey... I am glad for you that you PCP is supportive and documenting everything. It does seem that so many have to wait and hurry up and wait.... I'm glad we have a place to hang our hat while we wait.... Come and ramble anytime ... (although it really isn't rambling }
