I'm a little worried.

Today I go and get weighed by my PCP. This is my last weigh in for my 6 month diet and my case worker told me that I had to lose at least 10-15 lbs. because med mut wants to see that your making an effort or they will deny you!!! I'm very nervous! I havent weighed myself so I dont know what I will weigh!
