dr. curry may i?

hi dr. curry, i am not your patient, but i need advice and don't know where to turn. i have been having alot of burning when drinking( starts to fuel the fire) and eating, sometimes feels as though i can't swallow. now, my question. this has been going on all summer, so bad i was hospitalized last wk. for dehydration. i was told that my family dr. wants nothing to do with helping me.he's left his nurse pract. to try. the barix seemed concerned, yet, they didn't know how i could get any help. i had my surgery there. my dr. left right after my surgery. now, where would you suggest i go? i feel so depressed and alone. while in hospital they treated me like a lepper. even the dietary needs were not met.i don't want to be sick, and i don't want to keep going in hospital for iv's, when someone i'm sure out there could help. am i asking for too much? is it up to my family dr. i think the surgeon? others on here say their surgeons have them come in and they do a scope. just because i had one in april, my fam. dr. says i don't need one. help.i know it isn't your problem, but what happens to me as a patient? is there no one who cares? thank you for your time. i just wish i would've looked around better for a surgeon, before. but, they assured me any problems and they'd be there. same as my family dr.where are thay now? sincerly, kath b.

Kathy, I'm sorry for your troubles just let me know how I can help. It sounds like you need a scope and perhaps a dilation, regardless of whether you had on in April or not. I would be happy to take care of you just call my office in the morning - 513.559.1222 Dr. C

Kathy, I am so sorry you are having problems. I wanted to tell you I had 4 scopes with dilation within six months, so PLEASE come to Cincinnati and see Dr. Curry, he and his staff will be there for you 100%, they are wonderful.....Good Luck....Pam
