Support Group in Mason, Ohio

Hello Fellow Ohioans', I just recently relocated to the Mason/Cincy area from Columbus and would like to find out about any support groups in this area - I'm 16 months post-op and have been getting off track from the anxiety associated with learning a new job, environment and being away from my family. Luckily, I haven't gained any weight and am currently below goal, but I'm afraid that I will start gaining soon if this continues - so if anyone can recommend a local support group, I'd really appreciate it .

Carolyn, Welcome to the neighborhood, I'm in Loveland which is just a hop, skip and a jump away from Mason. In fact, I do most my shopping in Mason. If you need anything or have any questions about the area, just let me know. Some of us are going to meet for lunch soon, maybe you can join us on that day. Hey, I live in Mason, too. Well... on the Maineville/Mason border, but I'm right there. I'd love to know about a post-op support group, too, since the one with my surgeon is just too far away. Welcome to the area! Mason is a GREAT place!

I know what you mean. I'd rather be there, too. Esp. Powell -- one of the most desirable cities to live in, right? We're actually going up to visit my brother in Dublin this weekend. Whaddya know? Anyway... welcome again!
