DR. CURRY or any doctors that can answer this question about Hemlick manuever

I have been approached by the company I work for and they need to know if it's safe to do the Helmick manuever on gastric by pass patients. And what should they do if this case ever arose they have a special response team and since there is 7 of us that work there they want to make sure there perpared.. thanks for your input or anyone elses for that matter
