hormone trouble?feeling depressed today
I'm 2 years out and once you get close to your goal weight, it should calm down a bit. My body is just now starting to get acclimated to the weight I'm at now (147) and I'm still a bit down. It wasn't as bad as it used to be! Thank goodness for that! I'm not sure what your age is, but I'm 45 and I'm sort of inbetween stages of the female changes that go on during this period of time. What helped me was to walk (even when I was having cramps, tired, etc.) and general exercise. I spin on a bike and it really does help.
Good luck - Tammy
Mel, it didn't really hit me until I was about 7-8 months out. It was terrible and I am still having some problems with it but I think its more stress related now then the depression, but I did start a medication that is helping with the depression so that might be the reason. I was told the reason some of us go through that is because our bodies are loosing weight at such a rapid speed that our horomones get confussed and have no where to go. Just remember it will pass over time, just give it a chance. Pam
