I am back

Hi this is Julie, its been ages since I have been back to the site. I am nearly 2 years post op. I have lost 120lbs, and should have lost more, but stop excerising like I should. But the good news is I AM PREGNANT. Was quite a shock, since when I was a year out my ob/gyn told me that my levels were still low and with out some heavy medication pregnancy was not going to happen. Well no meds and just luck here we are. We have adopted 1 son and are in the middle of the adoption of another son this fall. Lots of excitement.

Hi Julie, Congratulations on being pregnant. That is wonderful news. I'm new to the board, just starting my journey. My daughter and her husband are trying to get pregnant so I kind of know what you've been going through. She has PCOS. But she is losing weight slowly. Once again, congratulations on your pregnancy and welcome back!! Peggy
