Need help
I have been doing the plateau buster diet to try and loose 6 lbs before my plastic surgery at the end of this month. Well, I gained 2 lbs. So I intensified my workouts (5 days/week for an hour) and I gained 2 more lbs. Then I eased up on the plateau but still working out hard, and I gained 2 more lbs. All in 2 weeks. Now I only have 2 weeks left and need to loose 12 lbs. What the heck is going on? Why am I gaining in 2's? Why am I gaining at all? I'm about to have a breakdown!!! These 12 lbs are very important to me. Those 12 plus the 20 the plastic surgeon thinks he'll get off would put me at my persoanl goal and 8 lbs below my surgeon's goal.

I know this probably won't help you but yesterday I was looking for something and came across a plateau diet (called something like Protein Diet) She drank nothing but protein drinks and water for 3 days. Lost 5 lbs. It's 3 days on and 3 days off. If I can remember where I saw this I'll write back.
