the big run around!
I submitted my appeal to Cigna and called July 21 and found it was not logged in yet. So I requested an expedited appeal and I got my letter on Saturday.
"All level 2 appeals go directly to the Human Resource Department of my employer. "
So this past Monday I took to the HR department and they told me they did not know what to do as they had never had a level 2 appeal.
So today I went back to HR department and they were waiting on a return phone call with Cigna to find out what to do....well good luck with that!
What a mess!

Hang in there! I am having insurance issues myself/// only post op... A fine time for them to have questions!
I'm sorry anyone has to go through the hassels... if everyone would just do their jobs effectivly I think our lives would have so much less stress! I know I try to after dealing with those who don't.
Blessings!

So you haven't had the surgery yet . I hate to hear about hassle with insurance . you know we pay money for everything . So you would think if having the surgery help exspensive illness to go away the insurance companys would be all for that . My meds run my insurance company about $700.00 a month. so in the long run i feel it would be cheaper for them to pay for the surgery.
