psych eval today

All went well i think.. my basic knowledge of the gastric bypass was good thanks to all of you no i dint get everything right but thats ok cause im in the learning stage of it all she said that i need to get some help with my depression and she also said that a couple of leasons of "what you will be able to eat afterwards will also be needed" which i am perfectly fine with that.. and i did have this 5oooogazilion questions to answer too.. she said that didn't have any bearing on my eval but it was a good thing to do because it might help with other wls patients to see if something goes "wrong with me" i may be able to help someone else out by the answers i give.. so she was writing a letter to the dr with her advice and i guess the dr will get back with me.. my question though will this make me getting my wls be posponed?? in all accuality i don't have a "date" yet so im ok with that in one way but not in another, i am so hopeing that i could get this by the end of the year, but all will be ok, i have to look at this as a learning time.. Good luck paula. It will all happen in time. It seemed like every time I thougt I was ready and might have a date the next month, they would decide I needed one more test......very frustrating. It will happen... I bet you can get it by the end of the year if you don't have much more to do! Hang in there. Pam
