Insurance questions for OhioHealth Group/Central Benefits?

Has anyone had a claim w/ this insurance? Claim was submitted, I have a case number now just cross your fingers, pray, do an approval dance!

Mike, I have Central Benefits/OHG HMO. I got a call last week from the OSU bariatric program saying that Central Benefits requires a 6 month medically supervised weight loss and exercise program. When I called Central Benefits and asked their requirements back in January 2006, they didn't even mention that. I would call Central Benefits and ask them specifically what is required for approval.
