2 Month Update & Picture!!

I am in a size 8 -5`8 155 pounds I still feel fat. I think it will last at least 6 months. Then you still have your fat days. Even when you look in the mirror you still see that fat girl. Then the other day I was shopping and I looked in the mirrror. I had on black slacks. I looked at myself and thought man you are slim. I still have my curves so keep excercising your body so you will have curves when you reach goal. The abs and thighs are so important to work on. and your arms. If you like slevleess shirlts. Now I can say. My lower stomach is almost FLAT and I have a tight upper half stomach at 48. I am in good shape and my clothes look nice on me. I will not need any plastices I have been so lucky. For me excercise has really paid off. and I highly recommend over 1 hour 5 x week. 50 minutes cardio. To get you fit. 10 to 15 strenght training and ab excercise. To me I love to excercise now. Never liked it. Until I noticed it does pay off. That is why I keep doing more and more. I am addicted to it now. My only proble is Im worring about losing to much weight.

I need to exercise more & I feel my body urging me to do so. Currently I speed walk with my girlfriends (the one in shape sets the pace & I swear it would just be easier to jog) about 4-6 miles per day, but only 2-3 times per week. I know I need to get my butt in gear & do this. I have an elliptical, a treadmill, and a recumbent bike & rowing machine & weights in my basement, I just need to get down there. You have given ne inspiration though. I can't imagine worrying about losing too much weight!

The Ellipitcal is your best tool. I couldnt do 2 minutes on that thing when I first started. The main thing is to not get on there and kill yourself fast. Just get on and relax. Do 5 minutes. Then tomorrow do 8 minutes. The elliptacal is so great. I will always use mine. I do 50 minutes on it now all the way up and the higest resistance. my but is really getting round again. LOL. That is a plus. Also how it tones the mid section is remarkable. Walking is also good to. But I am a firm beliver of the ellipitcal. I have learnt how to get on there and watch TV and just ride along. I also use a sweat band on my waist. That helps make your waist small.
