Need help please

I`m in Illinois on Medicaid am 1 clearance test away from being done with them and now I have to find another facility/surgeon to do my lap band.IDPA now requires that all bariatric surgeries be done at a Center of Excellence and the hospital my surgeon practices at is not.They will pay for me to go out of state if the Dr.will accept IDPA. so my question is,are there any Centers of Excellence in Ohio that accept IDPA?Please help Kimberly Brich
