I had my 7th diet appt with my PCP yesterday so I am now going to submit to Cigna documentation of the diet consult and 6 month physician supervised diet visits. Do I submit my appeal for this to be done at Deaconess since I started the process at Deaconess and saw you there in January. I guess I am confused by your new web site. I have paid my program fee to Deaconess and my insurance covered the physicain consult already. Also, would I be able to be on the surgery schedule August 28, Monday.....is that too soon if I get my approval before the end of July. I want to put in for time off before someone else in the office grabs it. I hate to post this online but I am still confused as to where you are now. Sandy UR
