i NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
I have some of the same problems, but I try to make sure if I am going to eat something I really shoudn't I make them with better choices. For instance, if I want ice cream, I get low sugar and low sugar alcohol ones, If I really want a cookie I get Murry's which are sugar free. Thank goodness there are so many options out there for us. Try looking at the diabetic food section of the stores, there are a lot of great things there, but make sure you check the labels. I have really become a label reader. Anyway....GOOD LUCK....Pam
Sandy,
I am 9 months out today. It seems like the struggle will always be with us. I try to keep away from any bad foods. I do slip and like Brenda said. It makes you feel bad. I lay around and have no energy when I do this. I go back to the basics. I eat the oatmeal , yogart sandwich meats soups. fruits. cheeses. I do like the south beach diet. I allow fruit into my diet. because I love fruit. . When this happens. I am at a point I think I need to be alittle more careful. My losing has slowed down. I still have 5 pounds left. and it is just hanging around. So I dont think I will be one of those people that can eat anything and not gain a pound.
I am grateful I look as good as I do. I will not allow my depression and weakness to brake me. JUST STOP IT NOW !!!!!! tHAT IS OUR SAYING ON THE sEPT bOARD !!!

Sandy: What bad foods are you eating? Maybe we can help you with a good substitute. I am early out but I crave salty, crunchy carbs. I just eat less than a serving size to get rid of the craving then sometimes I throw all the rest out. For example I had 5 bugles today (bad, bad, bad) remember the rule... Always eat your protein FIRST! Mel.
