tolerating hot weather

There are 2 things I have a hard time tolerating after my RNY (almost 2 years out) one is taking pills. I never had a problem before, but now they get stuck in my throat. Secondly, is the heat. I never had a problem with hot weather but now I can not tolerate it all. The smallest amount of heat and I get nauseated, light headed and feel like I could almost pass out. I make sure I drink plenty of fluids too. Has anyone else developed this problem since their surgery? Thanks a bunch! Enjoy your weekend
