I'm making a scrapbook of my weightloss for the past year. I had my 1 year aniv. on 6/1/06. I'm currently down 164.5lbs. I started @ 428.5 and now 264. I have 2 freinds who have just had surgery a few months ago, & they wanted me to do a scrapbook for them. All they have to do is add the picture, date & weight. Everything else is done. If any of you think this is a good gift or ideal this please email me @ [email protected]. I just believe it has been 1 year. What a difference it has been. It also keeps me focus on my final steps. I'm able to look back & see what a difference it has been & remind myself that I never wnat to go back there again.

I think this is a geat idea...Actually I am pre op and I have started a scrapbook. I started it with my childhood (as I have been heavy my whole life)...I am working on it in my spare time to try to get my mind off of waiting for approval. I can't wait until the day i can start the after pages.....

I love scrapbooking! I did mine using a Snow White theme. I used the drawfs to represent different stages of my journey. Of course I used Doc for my Dr Curry page! I think scrapbooks make the most special gifts. One of my favorite things to do is spend my free time scrapping. Your friends will love the thoughtfulness that you put into those books. Congratulations on your weight loss.
