my PCP is an idiot!

I have followed Dr. Curry's advice and requested my records. I physically went to their office. They were rude, told me it could take up to 1 month. They after doing some investigation into it, they actually contract it out to another company who goes to their office, scans in my file THEN goes back to THEIR computer and down loads all of my information to copy and then mails it to me. Maybe someone at Dr. Curry's office could request the records. It is ridiculous they cannot get them within a week. They may pay more attention to a doctors office requesting them than you. Good luck. Nancy

That sounds like my PCP. Are they charging you $40 for it?
