Doesn't Anyone get upset cause the wait the insurance is soooooooooo long

Here I am waiting sooo long for this surgery and it seems like the closer I think I am really the further I am . Let me explain what I mean by that. I think I'm getting a little closer to the review and the insurance adds more and more that is so totaly not needed. Or they say that they didn't get documents. I thought that they do a lot of all of us like this. I have yelled and screamed and told them that I was going to get my attorney after them for fat harrasement, Which I really am going to see my attorney on May 26th. I have even told the nurse at the border of review that she needs to see the psycologist that I seen and she needs a better set of glasses. At the doctors office they told me that they are just harrassing us cause we are fat. I see the insurance all in a different way. A bad way. I never thought that the insurance would ever stoop so low to pull this but I was so wrong. To those who are interested I heard that if you get a letter(nasty) from your attorney it helps your case a lot. KB

Kimberly, It's important not to get frustrated and give up. This is the insurance company's game - you have to be patient and jump through all of their hoops. They will try to stonewall you but you have to stick to your guns. Document everything, get names and extensions of people you talk to. If you persist you will win! Good luck, Dr. C
