Depression test

I'm glad things are getting better!!! I don't know if you are married or have a significant other, but speaking as a spouse of someone who has been clinically depressed for years, please make sure your support person gets help too. Not only for themselves but to know how to help you. When I got so overwhelmed I didn't eant to share my burdens because I thought his depression would only worsen, I got help and it was the best thing for me and my family. I'm glad to know this new depression medication is really working.

My husband is also depressed. He is alot worse than I am. He has it bad. He needs help. He has slept all day today. We had a date night last night and we didnt even talk. He is so depressed. I just dont know what he is thinking Take Care Thanks Barb

Hey Barb! Glad to see you are doing better! Sorry I have not been on as much.. Iam having a bit of a struggle eating, everything seems to get stuc****il I burb~ a lot. Take care of your self... will your DH get counseling? Didn't they see this when he as on duty? Have you gone on your trip yet with your daughter? I hope it was great for you. Hi Pam, So nice to hear from you. How is your weight loss? How do you feel. Tell me whats going on ????? Dh will not get counsling. My dh hides his depression from the airforce. They dont know he is a mental case. I felt sorry for his room mate he had. I know he snored the whole time. day and night. and not very talkative. Nashville is the place to go. I was not there long enough. I had one of the best times of my life. We had a blast. Once my daughter emails me the pictures I will post them.May camera gave out while I was down there forgot my charger, Pam I just went into a size 10 pants. I feel great. My daughter is moving out after she graduates at the end of the month. She wants me to come with her. She wants us to get a house together. She has 2 sons. I dont think I want to do that. I am just going to try and get him the help he needs. He just got his meds ajusted 2 weeks ago and there is no change in him. I know he knows he is messing things up. It is a illness. I just wish he can snap out of it. He does take care of me. and I know he loves me. But this thing is comming between us. Wow a 10 , i haven't worn that since I was a freshman in high school after one of my earliest diets! Good for you!! I am not sure of my weight, I need to ge a scale.. it was my enemy before. I guess I am down about 30 + pounds total. just don't have much energy and wear out easily. Still struugle with eating.. who would have thought .... I just don't want to, never hungry, it hurts to swallow, nothing sounds good. I really have to force myself. Maybe it is tough love that dh needs. If he knows he has 2 choices 1 you stay and help him through this if he follows up and gets the help he needs or 2 you leave with your daughter.... maybe that would force him to get more help I think 2-4 weeks is enough time to know if the meds are working. Are you safe when he is so depressed? You take care.. I worry about you Peace, pam
