SURGERY SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 1!!
I'm really excited to finally get some help with the struggle. My BMI is in the lower range, but I am 57 and have painful knees, hips, lower back and so on, due to arthritis. I cannot wait to get this weight off and start exercising as the pain improves. The only thing that worries me is finding a doctor in the Cincinnati area who will do the fills. Anyone know of a dr. in southwest oh?

sorry i dont know a doc that does fills in the southwest area.. did you try the search area here on Obesityhelp.com??

Paula Thanks for your support, Paula. I'm sure I will be fine. My husband (am a newly wed ... got married Jan 10, 05 on board the Caribbean Princess in international waters at the age of 56!) is going with me and it is finally a solution that will help me get the weight off (again) and this time KEEP it off. I've lost 100 lbs about three times now and am just SO sick of the endless struggle. I'm lucky I can have it done in Mexico and the surgeon Dr. Roberto Rumbaut has impeccable credentials and has done several thousand of the procedures. In fact, he is banded himself and has lost 110 lbs!! Yesterday I found a dr to do the fills..... he says he doesnt usually take patients who have the surgery in Mexico but because I asked so nicely..... So I am ALL Set!!!
Thanks so much for your reply. I have rounded up a PRIME dr to do the fills. He said he doesn't usually take patients who have the surgery in Mexico, but since I asked so nicely he said he would! This has all just fallen into place like it was just destiny or something. I have closets full of clothes.... classic elegant things I haven't been able to wear for YEARS.... or never wore at all. I cannot WAIT to be able to get into them. It is such a relief to know that this wil be the LAST time I ever need to lose so much weight. Thanks for your support!
