Topic: RE: dont wanna eat
I experienced the same thing. In fact it lasted for a long time. I mean there was a time when I was sick to my stomach for several weeks around weeks 5-8. Was going to call Dr.s but just concentrating on getting fluids in and some protein shakes/drinks.  But I have never actually been hungry ..even now. Sometimes I will feel like eating something specific or I feel like I need protein. Other days nothing sounds good. When I don't feel like I am eating that good I will try to have some protein. Even a sack of PB, nuts or protein bar.

Just make sure you at least stay hydrated.

Hello friends,

I took today off from work with my oldest to go to an Open House at ACC Our local community college. He will be going there this fall and then expressed interest in transferring to Cortland in Phys. Ed. Then ran a few errands. Having some coffee now. Brrr...it is cold and damp! Fireplace on and hot coffee! Ahhh.

I have a retiirement party tomorrow night and I have to find something to wear. So either going tonight or tomorrow morning.
Hoping to hit some garage sales in the morning too!

I will be posting later.

Do you folks like to post your "daily eats"?

Have a good afternoon!

Topic: Hello New York!

Good morning everyone! It is going to be a cool, damp weekend here. What are your plans for teh weekend. I've got to work so I am off today.

Morning has gotten off to a good start. I have only been out of bed for an hour and already have a load of laundry in the washer, the cats are fed, I've cleaned out the trunk of my car and have had 20 gr of protein. Lots more house worked planned for today, then it's off to dinner and to see South Pacific with my mother.

Have a great day every one. Stay safe!
