Let's start by introducing ourselves, telling when/type of surgery, highest weight/weight loss, I like to know how tall people are too.

I have been around almost 8 years now, I think many just drop off, boards fill w newbies and oldtimers seem to drift, many also go on to things like facebook or yahoo groups be well

I love it. It's working well. No regrets. The weight is comming off rapidly.
