Your life will run in cycles, but it is you who controls how long you stay in the valleys of frustration or the peaks of success. All things come with a yin yang balance. Your only “requirement" is to dismiss the negativity into a universe better equipped to deal with it. You should absorb into your heart and soul all that is good, loving & positive. This will be what keeps you on top of the world!

I pay attention because I run the OH support group in Vestal. The clinic also offers a support group as well. Let me know if you are interested, we meet second wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m as well as fourth wednesday at 9:30 am at the vestal public library. In fact we have a meeting tonight at 5:30. Hope that helps.
