Snacking
Thanks to all the great advice I am well stocked for the night time snacking issue.
Snacks I have:
Sugar free, fat free choc pudding
Sugar free Jello
Soy Crisps (bar-b-que)
banana/pears
beef jerky (high in salt yikes)
Carb solutions vanalla shakes
Sugar free Creme savers yum-yum
This morning I broke the 240 mark!

I'm so proud of you! Good choices on the snack foods, just stay away from your wife's junk food, stick to the good stuff. I know you can do it!
I like the SF creme savers too, and the SF life savers, great for relieving the sweet craving!

Our snacks are rice cakes, hubby and I discovered soy crisps the other day, string cheese, Dannon light and fit yogurt and Lo Carb smoothies(exclusively mine), Laughing Cow Lite cheese, and South Beach Diet 100 calorie wheat cracker packs.
Tonight, I actually cooked something,and processed Cauliflower, then nuked it with I can't believe it's not butter spray and a little salt. It was a hit!
The good news is hubby is losing by lap band osmosis-lol.
