Well guys here it is WEDNESDAY! MID week.......and here in NY it got a bit colder over night that taste of spring the last days was such a great delight. BUT MARCH can still be cold....so i guess we have to deal with it.... BREAKFAST: cheese slices snack: trail mix LUNCH: 2 ounces of noodles w/ butter snack: pretzels and naughty handful of gold fish crackers DINNER: tuna salad, cheese crisp melt, lettuce and tomatoe Had my vitamins Had my calcium had my liquids! and tuesday is not a gym night for me they close to early lisa 310/175/???

Morning Lisa, Yes it is colder today. But it got lighter earlier so my commute to work wasn't entirely in the dark! Thanks for filling in for Deb B protein bar coffee L 12 tortilla chips with Monterey Jack melted S protein shake D tried chinese, no good, pkg cracker & pb S sf fudgicles Iron centrum, Calcium Citrate 1/2 hr on the treadmill = 1.17 mile Linda

Good morning all, Yes even though its cold I like driving to work when the sun is out. B-ff cottage cheese with pineapples and 5 crackers s-1/2 protein bar l-4oz ff yoguart and stallon pudding s-afew crackers d-veggie chili with cheese s-popcorn All my viti's and I got in all my water. Goodmorning! B-scrambled egg with cheese S-coffee with protein powder L-picked some turkey off of a hospital sandwhich/2 gram crackers D-baked chicken with salad S-popcorn Hope today will be a quiet day for me! I really miss exercising but i cant chance it with this stone. I am however drinking much much more water then ever. Have a great day! LisaMarie

thanks all for replying! I know i cant personally reply back thru the day wish i could. LINDA does chinese usually get to you? dont seem to sit to well with me either no matter what I try. I used to think i ate to much but i just think its the style food. EVERYONE seems to be on track! TONIGHT i will go to the gym
