Well guys here it is WEDNESDAY!
MID week.......and here in NY it got a
bit colder over night that taste of spring
the last days was such a great delight.
BUT MARCH can still be cold....so i guess
we have to deal with it....
BREAKFAST: cheese slices
snack: trail mix
LUNCH: 2 ounces of noodles w/ butter
snack: pretzels and naughty handful of gold fish crackers
DINNER: tuna salad, cheese crisp melt, lettuce and tomatoe
Had my vitamins
Had my calcium
had my liquids!
and tuesday is not a gym night for me they close to early

Yes even though its cold I like driving to work when the sun is out.

dont seem to sit to well with me either no
