BREAKFAST: cheese slices SNACK: trail mix LUNCH : power crunch and a chicken nugget SNACK: pretzels DINNER: meatballs and sauce SNACK: more pretzels drank alot and sook my supplements! LISA (bad PMS sort of day for me)

Good Morning, B-mini bagel w/cream cheese L-minestrone soup and salad at Olive Garden w/ my daughter D-Late-1/2 can of tuna w/ little mayo and romano cheese and threw in some sunflowers for some crunch, sounds gross but not too bad. S- choc protein shake ok thats it have a great day, Shannon 257/199/130???

Hi Lisa, B 4 oz carb control yogurt, 2 slices baby swiss Calcium carbonate, Centrum S SF popsicle L 3 Tbs tuna withlite mayo, 2 melba toast, SF choc. pudding Viactive, Flintstone chewable S 16 oz tea with splenda D 2 oz salmon with green beans and red peppers ( about an hour later) ..still can't do fish I guess. In fact, I threw up so hard I had red spots on my inner eye lids and my arms hurt!!..first time in a long time.) S (before bed) sf popsicle, 1 c carb control milk warmed. LindaM 230/166.2/115
