WHAT DID YOU EAT ON SUNDAY??????
I was up very earyl and figured I would start DEBRA's wonderful
thread.
I wont be able to check in the replies as well as she does but i dont want
anyone to miss the thread. ITS a rainy mild morning on LONG ISLAND, wish the weather was more like saturday but oh well. Well here goes
peeps:
BREAKFAST: carbcountdown chocolate milk
SNACK: 2 pieces of cheddar cheese and some dry chex cereal
LUNCH: deli meat rolls 1 piece ham, 1 piece roast beef, 1 piece cheddar cheese
SNACK: soy nuts and pretzels
DINNER : HOMEMADE chile w/ fat free sourcream, cheddar cheesed dripped on the top and a few tortill chips
SNACK: forzen power crunch bar w/ fat free cool whip
TOOK MY supplements
drank lots thru the day!

I'm in trouble here!
Breakfast: Protien shake
Lunch: Bowl of steamed spinach blan
Snack: 3 damn cookies
Dinner: 4 oz of breaded sea scallops. 4oz of steamed asparagus
Snacks: cheese stick/3-4 cookies/choc entamanns doughnut/choc pudding/ hand full of Doritos/ small pice of a bagel and I don't remember the rest???

It is rainy here also in the Southern Tier area of upstate NY (just south of Watkins Glen).
Here is what I ate Sunday:
Breakfast: Kashi Breakfast bar, small banana
Lunch: 2 oz. homemade stir-fry chicken & vegies w/1 oz rice
Snack: 2 oz. nuts
Dinner: 2 oz. pork chops, 2 tbls. sweet potatoe, 1 oz. fresh asparagus
Snack: 1/4 c. sugar-free, fat-free ice cream
Took my vitamins, calcium supp. and meds. Did not do enough fluids, but will do better today.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Hope this week is as nice as the weekend.
B-1/2 mini bagel w/ cream cheese, an orange
L- chinese buffet prob not so good, but mostly ate chicken and mushrooms and broccoli
S- popcorn
D- little bit of spaghetti, mostly chunky meatsauce and cheese with a little noodles
S- unsalted sunflower seeds, protein shake

All water, no exercise
