I was up very earyl and figured I would start DEBRA's wonderful thread. I wont be able to check in the replies as well as she does but i dont want anyone to miss the thread. ITS a rainy mild morning on LONG ISLAND, wish the weather was more like saturday but oh well. Well here goes peeps: BREAKFAST: carbcountdown chocolate milk SNACK: 2 pieces of cheddar cheese and some dry chex cereal LUNCH: deli meat rolls 1 piece ham, 1 piece roast beef, 1 piece cheddar cheese SNACK: soy nuts and pretzels DINNER : HOMEMADE chile w/ fat free sourcream, cheddar cheesed dripped on the top and a few tortill chips SNACK: forzen power crunch bar w/ fat free cool whip TOOK MY supplements drank lots thru the day! HAPPY MONDAY ALL! lisa 310/175/???

I'm in trouble here! Breakfast: Protien shake Lunch: Bowl of steamed spinach blan Snack: 3 damn cookies Dinner: 4 oz of breaded sea scallops. 4oz of steamed asparagus Snacks: cheese stick/3-4 cookies/choc entamanns doughnut/choc pudding/ hand full of Doritos/ small pice of a bagel and I don't remember the rest??? Ok Lisa; yesterday, B-one banana with SF PB L-cream of brocoli soup s-small bag of ff popcorn d-slice of steak, 4 baby potatoes(I mean small), carrots Lots of water (actually diet lipton green tea), all my vitimans. Have a nice day. Karen

Good Morning Lisa: It is rainy here also in the Southern Tier area of upstate NY (just south of Watkins Glen). Here is what I ate Sunday: Breakfast: Kashi Breakfast bar, small banana Lunch: 2 oz. homemade stir-fry chicken & vegies w/1 oz rice Snack: 2 oz. nuts Dinner: 2 oz. pork chops, 2 tbls. sweet potatoe, 1 oz. fresh asparagus Snack: 1/4 c. sugar-free, fat-free ice cream Took my vitamins, calcium supp. and meds. Did not do enough fluids, but will do better today. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. {{{{HUGS}}}} Brenda

Good Morning, Hope this week is as nice as the weekend. B-1/2 mini bagel w/ cream cheese, an orange L- chinese buffet prob not so good, but mostly ate chicken and mushrooms and broccoli S- popcorn D- little bit of spaghetti, mostly chunky meatsauce and cheese with a little noodles S- unsalted sunflower seeds, protein shake Shannon

Thanks for doing this Lisa! Here's what I ate yesterday: B: South Beach Peanut Caramel bar L: Chicken & cheese roll-ups, soy crisps, pickle spear D: 1/2 Smart Ones roasted chicken & mashed potato and 1 oz. cheddar cheese Yummy eating day for me. Drank too much coffee. Erin

Sunday food early protein drink B Tuna melt (1/2 toasted English muffin, 2 Tbs tuna, 1 oz cheddar melted in microwave), Centrum, viactive S 1 tsp cashew pieces, sf twizzler L 1/2 Lean Cuisine chicken marsala, 1 prune, viactive S 6 oz carb control yogurt drink D 1/2 Lean cuisine Chicken marsala, sf pudding S 2 SF popsicles All water, no exercise Thanks Lisa!
