STARTING the thread for deb! Breakfast: 2 cheese slices and some dry cheerios snack: low sodium nuts LUNCH: melted mozzerella cheese crisp SNACK: Power crunch bar w/ fat free cool whip frozen DINNER: chicken nugget some fries from MCDONALDS picked from the kids bad choice SNACK: carb countdown chocolate milk TOOK all my supplements, got down my fluids! LOOKING forward to enjoying this welcomed mild weather! HOPE all is going well and you tackle many projects in the upcomeing week. LISA

Nice weather indeed! Good for you Lisa for keeping this up! Thank you! I'm still pre op, lost my 30+ pound requirement and am waiting to meet the surgeon on 3/22 to schedule a date at that time. I sort of fell off track for a few weeks there, but I'm back now: B: Slimfast choc shake L: Refried beans and cheese S: Stallone pudding D: cheeseburger (no bun) and spinach S: small bowl of raisin bran with skim milk 50 oz H20, vitamins Thanks again Lisa! Good Morning Lisa! Thanks for keeping this going! B 4 oz carb control yogurt, 3/4 oz cheese, 1 melba toast S SF fudgesicle L 1/2 c egg salad w/1/8 piece of rye bread S 1/2 c popcorn D 1 oz salmon w/greenbeans, red peppers, onion, SF popsicle S rye krisp with 1 tsp peanut butter 2000 mg calcium, 2 multivitamins, nexium, iron, Bs, about 50 oz liquids. Hi! B-nothing L-nothing D-nothing S-1 cracker in the recovery room lol and a small banana before bed with my percocet.... Lots of water by mouth and IV. LOL Enjoy the day its beautiful out.....LisaMarie

Hello on this lovely day! what I had yesterday, will try to remember B-mini bagel w/cream cheese L-scoop of chicken salad S-1 strawberry D-hubby had bought pizza and wings while I was at work so I had about 1/2 slice of pizza and the rest of the half of the toppings, and 3 wings w/ bleu cheese dressing S-a couple handfuls of unsalted sunflower seeds probably a bad carb day with the bread things, will try to do better tomorrow Did 20 minutes on eliptical Tried to get my liquids in Shannon 257/202/130???
