Another Stone

HI Lisa. Sorry to hear about the stone. I too suffer with stones, and hope to get another one. My first and last occurences were in October, and I have been drinking water like crazy since then......hopefully that is what is keeping me from having them again. Additionally, with all the protein you are taking in, you probably need to add more fiber to your diet. I hope all works out for you. SH
