Hello All ~hugs~ Ok what I had yesterday: B- 3 1/2 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- string cheese, 12 green grapes 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- Chicken bacon ranch over salad from Subway, Ranch dressing 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- Atkins Advantage protein bar 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 3oz grilled chicken with green beans 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S-Carb smart cho**** cream (1/2 cup) w/splash of carb control milk, mixed with 1 TBS flax seed (ground), 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Free. YUMMMMMM At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 50 oz water, 20 oz cyrstal light *Excercise: 35 mins on treadmill at 2.5 MPH OK that is it for now...take care all ~hugs~ Debra P 285/176/125??

Hey guys sorry I haven't been around work and home are crazy. Deb - Congrats on the closing date wishing you my best....isn't it so exciting. B - 3 oz of fat free yogart w/ 2 strawberry halfs, 5 grapes and 2 blueberries L - 3 oz. of steak w/ 1 small roasted red potatoe D - 1 pork chop w/ 7 chips and half a teaspoon of onion dip (sorry I had to) 2 calcium, 1 prenatal and 1 iron Water all day I think around 50 oz, wasn't good a keeping track Pat

Hello Breakfast= 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of applesauce Snac****tea and my MEDS. Lunch= 2oz of pureed chicken , 1/4 cup baby food banana & 1oz of pureed squish. Dinner will be= 2oz pureed tuna, 1/4 cup pureed beans and 1oz of baby food pears. Snack= 8oz of protein drink with lots of water, Icetea inbetween. Beth

Beth: Is your icetea regular or decaf? Sweetened? If so with what? I worry about a lot of caffeine in postops (Gastric irritant *think ouchie in pouchie*, possible diuretic *thhink dehydration*, decreases absorbtion of some vits/minerals especially iron and calcium (*think swiss cheese for bones &/or fatigue/tired/coldness w/ lo iron).. BTW are you taking a multivit? Calcium citrate? B12 sublingual? Meal#1: PVL whey Gourmet 1 scoop 23g protein w/ 6 ice cubes, 5 oz water 1/4 c pumpkin, dash pumpkin pie spice, 1 scoop uupcald =500mg ca++ citrate, 1T flax seed ground, in magic bullet blender Meal#2: 6 oz blue bunny lo carb yog w/ 1 pk PB flavor lean protein bites, 1 cheese stick Meal#3: 2 c spring mix salad, few matchstick carrots, brocco sprouts, 4 broccoli florets, 1 radish sliced, 4 slices cucumber, 1/4 avocado sliced, 2T sunflower seeds, 1T flax seed ground, 1/2 HB egg sliced, 3-4 oz grilled chicken breast, 2T jalepeno ranch litehouse brand salad dressing. Diet jello 1/3 c w/ dollop coolwhip vanilla flavored Meal#4: 1 golden delicious apple cored/sliced w/ skin on, 1 genisoy lo carb PB cereal bar Meal#5: 4 oz pork chop grilled, 1/3 c mashed cauliflower w/ cream cheese, 1/4 c green beans & 2T almonds while cooking (not a good thing to do) Meal#6 Another protein shake as above in meal#1 Water: 8 cups pure water (64 oz), decaf tea 3 bags w/ 9 splenda packets total, each with 16 oz water each (48 oz total), soyslender vanilla milk total 1 cup (8 oz) in tea, diet koolaid 2 cups (16 oz), one multivit, calcium citrate as upcald 2 scoops, 2 doses of citrical each 500mg total ca++ 2000mg day all citrate, b12 complex sublingual 1,200mcg B12 in am, ferrous gluconate 300mg tab (=35mg elemental iron) w/ 500mg vit C in am not near any food or other vits/meds for optimal absorbtion, 2 colace stool softners. WOW that is 136 oz fluid.......(how any trips to the BR? lost count! ) ROTFLMAO! Exercise 60 min cardio on ET burned 900 cal, full incline, full speed. 100 crunches on core stability ball, 5 min stretching to cooldown.
