Happy Monday All ~Hugs~ Ok well this should be a really good week for us, Thurs we have our closing at 1pm with the walk through Wed night or Thurs AM. We have my cuz and his wife coming up Sat night and helping with some things, they will be leaving late Sunday. Well yesterday was NOT a very good eating day but here goes: Ok what I had yesterday: B- Left over Wonton soup 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- string cheese, 1 sm orange 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- Atkins Advantage protein bar 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- munched on frito's(sp?) and pretzels on the way home When we got home I had 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich with pickle 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 3oz grilled chicken with green beans 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S-1 scoop protein powder in 5 oz carb control milk, mixed with 1 TBS flax seed (ground), 3 strawberries and 2 tbs carb control cho****cream. At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 50 oz water, 20 oz cyrstal light *Excercise: day off WOW I eat so much without really even knowing it, once I am off my routine I really have troubles..... Well back on today. Hubby made a great walking tape for my walkman and I was back on the treadmill at 4:30am feeling good. The scale is still not moving, either way! grrrrrr....... Deb, Thats wonderful!! Saturday night is when my friend's band plays but its late, 10p. I booked this one! I'm trying to get as many people out as possible! B protein shake bacon 3-4 home fries coffee L 1 mini mounds candy D hot dog nuggets - 6 Some french fries part of a cinnamon Bun. And you thought YOU were bad? centrum, calcium citrate, iron Linda

Linda, Yeah I think we are going to be very busy over this weekend. When my cuz is there we are going Sunday morning to get our new fridge so he can help hubby. Take care and have a great day! Debra P

Hey Debra, I'm so happy for you. Sounds like you'll be busy moving real soon. Think of how much more energy you'll have this time around. Isn't life grand? B - Carnation Instant Breakfast L - 1/2 egg beater omelet w/cheese, green pepper, onions D - Shrimp ****tail, ****tail sauce and 1 cup of homemade chicken soup S - Peanut butter w/ff pretzels Lots of decaf coffee and water. Tooks all required vitamins. I finally dropped another 2 lbs. Only 2 to go for the Century Club. I'm so excited. I really need to post some new pictures. Have a great day. Cindee 310/212/???

Hi all! Fun chat on Saturday night...fast, funny and informative.. B 1 small heat & serve sausage patty wrapped in 1 slice baby swiss Centrum, viactive S protein drink with 1/2 banana - viactive L 1 oz chopped beef with sauce, 1/2 biscuit, .5 oz mixed greens with 1/2 tsp. dressing D 1/2 c fat free refried beans mixed with 1/4 c ff cottage cheese, heated (the cottage cheese makes it less heavy) & hot sauce. Centrum, calcium citrate S sf pudding before bed SF popsicle about 1/2 of the water needed for the day...
