You will find lots of help and support on this board, I also go to a support group which is run through the nutritionalist I went throught for approval for the surgery. In fact attending two meeting was required for approval. I thought I would do my two required and be through with it, I haven't stop going, I really enjoy the input from those who have been there. Our group is even in the process of putting together a booklet of helpful ideas and facts for those new to the surgery. You may want to start there, or through your surgeon. Good luck, and come by for on line support.
