Thanks... I really would like to be in the "normal" range. Some of my friends say that I dont need to lose anymore... but like you said only I can determine what I need to lose... I really would like 10-15 more...I guess time will tell... ((hugs)) Tara

Tara-- I was just thinking about you the other day wondering how you were doing. I have an appt with Dr Cole on Monday for a check up. I don't know if you remember me or not but I met you when you were like 5months out, I went to Dr Cole's office to get my drain removed. You were there for a checkup and we had a chance to chat in the waiting room. I have lost 164 lbs so far, but I was much bigger than you to start with. I haven't been back to Dr Cole in awhile so I am excited to see him again. You look totally awesome by the way!! Good luck on losing your last 10-15 lbs! Becky

WOW...so you have lost 164lbs in 6 or 7 months...that is awesome!!! You must be so proud of yourself!! I like seeing Dr Cole also... I was supposta go next week, but we are heading out of town to visit family on the west coast.
