Hi Lisa, Thank you for all your encouraging words ! I hope your right when you say that I will do awesome with my new tool ! I am happy with myself as long as I know that I am giving it mt absolute best ! That is all I can do after all .......Right ? You know just how hard it is to lose the weight pre-op ! Some day's it takes everything you've got to stick to the plan ! Knowing what a reward that I will have soon makes all the difference ! hey sweety, congrats on the amazing weightloss.... I know how difficult it can be . I am on my second week and had great sucsess my forst week 27 pounds.(lots of water weight) but boy can i feel the difference. I have found great ways to make the chexks wonderful.. I must say that I hate the vanilla flavor.. if ya have any ideas or want ny recioies let me know.. keep it up sweety, becca
