Yeah !!!! ONLY 3 MORE LBS. TO GO TO REACH THE 10% GOAL BEFORE SURGERY !

Good afternoon everybuddy ! I had my weigh in today and lost another six pounds this past week ! This makes it a total of 30 lbs. lost since starting the Medifast on Feb.26th !!!! I am really happy about this !!! !!!!!!!!!!!! I have only 3 lbs. to go to reach my 10 % goal before surgery ! I still have a little more then a month to do it ! I guess I might as well shoot for maybe another 8 - 10 lbs. loss , HUGH ? We will see ! Thanks for all your support everyone ! I am so happy that I have all of you to share this with ! You go girl!!! You've done an amazing job on this. I don't think I would have been able to do this as a pre-op. Anything more than the last 3 lbs. is a bonus and will just make your recovery that much easier. Is your surgeon pleased? You should be very proud of yourself. Joanne

Joanne, Thank you so much for all your support ! It has been hard but I know I have to do this or I won't be getting my surgery ! I also know it is a whole lot better for me to lose some weight before surgery as well ! As far as you being able to do this .......Sure you could ! I know you could ! I think we can do almost anything that we need to in order to have this surgery ! Quote that " ALMOST ANYTHING " as I am sure there are some things we can't ! Yes ,my surgeon is very pleased with me ! Yes , I am proud of myself ! I am also thankful for the support I receive from all of you here as I don't know how I could do this without all of you !
