Happy Mid Week ~hugs~ Ok what I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control milk with 1 scoop Cahmpion Banana protein with 3 fresh strawberries. 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate, 1 benefiber chewable. S- string cheese, 1 sm orange 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 3 oz smoked turkey and cucs 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 6 oz stallone pudding with 2 tsp flaz seed (ground) 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 2 oz flounder with 1/1 cup cauliflower 1 Centrum chewable multi, 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- Carb Smart Ice cream pop At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 500 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 70 oz water, 10 oz cyrstal light *Excercise: 30 min on treadmill at 2.5 MPH Ok that is it for now.... ~Hugs~ You all have a great day! Linda, Yeah I know that road can be wild in the snow. Just take it slow and they might just cancel the appt because of the snow. I would make sure before ya leave but I am sure you will Just be careful! Debra P

Goodmorning!! Lets see what did i eat??? B-scrambled egg with cheese and half banana S-coffee with protien powder L-Few pieces of cajun chicken at the mall with some brocoli S-coffee with protien powder D-tuna fish with salad S-atkins advantage peanut butter granola bar[was pretty good, 0sugar 0 sugar alcohols, 17 grams protien....a little high in calories and carbs, 210 calories and 18g carbs...but it was good. I am trying to stay away from the popcorn and this is nice and crunchy} and suggestions to replace the popcorn i am open to. I used my treadmill and my new AB Lounger!!! Have a great day. LisaMarie

good morning yesterday i had: B- cup cream of wheat s- string cheese L- cup of chicken soup s- 4 pretzels with peanut butter inside d- salad with 1 chicken finger not so appatizing to me and my mouth I feel like I am learning to eat all over again,.... have a great day hun Christine

Debra Okay first off am jelous(sp) you can eat cauliflower B meds(am working hard on this i never eat breakfast) L water D green peppers tomatoes red onions(grilled with soy moz cheese on top) to 1/4 cup have a good day Nikki
