Question!!!!!

My medicalert bracelet says on line one: RNY Gastric Bypass [this tells the emergency med tech WHY I am different]; line two says No blind NG tube [this is the one thing an EMT might do that could seriously hurt you and lets them know not to do it]; line two is my surgeon's last name and phone number. The doctor can tell them anything else they need to know. My brother is an EMT. He said there's no need to put that stuff on there about no NSAIDs because emergency personnel aren't going to give them to you anyhow and if they did [which they won't] it would be in an injectable form, which would not go into the tiny tummy. My bracelet is an expensive one, but only because I wanted it to be a pretty piece of jewelry. I got it from Lauren's Hope. It's well made and is of 14k gold and sterling silver beads. I can wear any kind of jewelry with it!
