help!

hi guys, i have been to 2 appts. so far. i have my 3rd appt in march. at support group the other day a girl said she had gotten her approval for surgery. so i thought i would call my insurance co(onpoint bluecrossbluesheild) just to see if my paperwork had even been submiited for reveiw. and they said that its an automatic denial because its a listed exclusion.. i'm so upset. what do i do now?do i keep my appt in march? please help any advise will be appreciated! thanks ..sue..

Don't freak out to much. I have Dr. Cunningham so i now whats going on. I wasen't Approved till about my 5th visit. Debbie knows how to work the system so just talk to her and let her work her Magic.

Sue, I am not sure about that ins company but if they have an exclusion I am not sure they will cover it but ask your surgeon's office, there might be something they can do!
