what happening to me
Hi Margaret,
Well, I guess the honeymoon is over. Now comes the hard part--You have to watch what you eat---stick to your protein first. Veggies second and carbohydrates (minimal) last. You have to be good You have to exercise and you must star****er loading--to keep the full feeling.
You have to remember that this surgery is reversible --so you can't afford to do what you did before surgery
Everything will be okay--just keep up the exercise. And follow the rules.
I am only 5 months out--but I am sixty years old and my metabolism is very slow(thyroid problems) so I have had to be careful from the very beginning.
I have never lost my appetite--even when it was just head hunger--so I have had to be careful--you can control your cravings--just stick to your guns--you can do it!
Be Blessed
